People pick the white flowers to eat early in the summer, shortly after the snow melts, when they are still sweet.  They eat the flowers with bistort leaves and dried meat.  The flowers must be eaten right away since they cannot store for long.

Белые цветы собирают ранним летом, сразу после того, как растает снег, пока они еще сладкие на вкус. Цветы едят вместе с листьями горца змеиного (Persicaria bistorta) и с сушеным мясом. Цветы нужно съедать сразу, потому что долго они не хранятся.
